All items that are in-stock will be shipped out by our contracted courier company within 1-2 business days once payment has been received. Your shipment will arrive within three to five business days from the shipping date. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by email. Items of fragile nature may take longer, and items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. Due to the custom nature of many of our items delivery lead times will vary.
Pick-Up From Store
If you choose to opt for our free pick up from store option, you will need to come pick up your order within 5 working days from receiving payment confirmation (our customer service team will call you and reconfirm a pick up day and time). If you do not pick up your order within that time, goods will be returned back to the warehouse. You will need to contact customer service on 0734 776 777 to reschedule when you will be picking up your order so we can ensure that it is brought back to from the warehouse to avoid any disappointments.
